Brass inscription on bottom of Psalm board in Stockbridge Church to Hugh Legg and his Wife Lucy. "To the Glory of and in Memory of Lucy and Hugh Legg Vearncombe". Reputedly one of the largest landowners in Stockbridge at his death. ![]()
